1) Cancellations with less than five days notice will be charged the cost of the first night.

2) Guests departing early in the morning should pay the previous day(in morning).

3) Morning check in preferred, no check in after 9 p.m.

4) No pets.

5) No extra guests allowed unless front desk has been notified, violators will be charged extra.

6) Please be quiet between 10 PM and 9 AM---- other guests are trying to sleep!!!

7) Guests are responsible for any damage to the room.

8) Breakfast will be served in your room from 8:00 to 9:30 AM (Please inform the front desk the previous day when you want it).

9) If you need to have breakfast before 8:00, tell the front desk the morning before and a cold breakfast will be left in your room.

10) Room will be cleaned every day after 10.30 AM (please leave the room before this hour).  

11) Check out time is 10:30 AM. Baggage storage is available. Be sure you inform the front desk if you need this service. 

12) Outside callers can reach you by calling 06 49 38 05 + room number (01/02/03/04/05).

13) All the rooms are non smoking. Violators will be billed 35 euros extra for laundry.
